I don't watch much reality TV, but "The Rappin' Granny" on "America's Got Talent" is what can rope me in. She is too cute.

A Strong Bond

Julian Bond, chairman of the NAACP, appeared on The Colbert Report last night to provide commentary on Pres. Bush's speech at the group's national convention that day and to help Stephen Colbert "find a new black friend." He was very, very funny. Emmy Commentary

Why are entertainment types surprised that "Will & Grace" didn't receive an Emmy nomination? The producers submitted the worst episode of the season for consideration -- the series finale. I don't know why they didn't ask me what I thought of that idea.

"The Office" deserves its nomination. I'm guessing that the episode submitted for "The Office" was the one where Michael burned his foot on the George Foreman grill and Dwight got a concussion trying to save him.

But what happened to our "Desperate Housewives?"
